I’ve been doing that Doggcrapp training for 8 weeks and I remember my last session( This is with work and kids on top) I felt sluggish and I went to battle the log book and I just couldn’t get the weight up. I felt like crap. So I’ve taking a week off. Three four days in with rest and good food and just taking a step back my body is raring to go and I feel really good. That was after 8 weeks of intense training which I’ve read you shouldn’t do anymore then. Got a holiday booked end of May was going to push my training out until then but my body told me I just have to take a break. It’s not just physical it’s mental. Constantly looking at your diary, going through your next workout in your head and becoming obsessive to the point that’s all you think about. Think about it over work, over family, it keeps you awake at night. That’s overtraining. Majority need to remember this is a hobby not a lifestyle.

Years ago, I developed a horrible case of elbow tendentious by starting out with heavy skull crushers. Ever since watching this video, I have warmed up my triceps using the order of exercises that he mentions and my elbows have been staying healthy.
John is the bodybuilder with common sense knowhow, a lot of phonies out there today.

These videos are like treasure chests 😇. So much to learn. Missing this man♥️
I’m not normally the type to venture on these spaces that focus on sculpting specific areas like this. Soo I wonder why would anyone want to sculpt this specific area versus just doing some more well-rounded exercises which do more and target more. E.g. the Arnold press is said to target all 3 heads. So why not just keep things simple? There’s soo many muscles you could sculpt and won’t that process just be inefficient and not as helpful as say more functional orientated exercises ?
I got you beat. 10 rep max but get 50 reps. 1st set 10 reps every set after you do 5 reps times eight.
